Equiply Rental Terms & Conditions

We keep rentals simple so families can travel light. Please review these terms before booking.

1. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand plans can change unexpectedly.

  • Free cancellations: If your flight is cancelled or your schedule changes, just tell us as soon as possible and we will not charge you.
  • No-show: If our team arrives at your hotel or Airbnb and no one is there — and we weren’t informed — a no-show fee equal to one day’s rental will apply.

2. Minimum Rental Period

All rentals have a 3-day minimum. This is our break-even point to offer free delivery and pickup in Madrid & Barcelona.

  • If items are returned before 3 days, the 3-day minimum charge still applies.
  • Extensions are easy to arrange and are billed at the daily rate, subject to availability.

3. Early Returns & Extensions

  • Need more time? Extensions are available when stock allows and are charged at the applicable daily rate.
  • If you booked more than 3 days and return after the 3-day minimum but earlier than planned, any unused days beyond the minimum are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • Free city-centre delivery & pickup to hotels, Airbnbs and holiday rentals in Madrid & Barcelona.
  • Airport and cruise-port service can be arranged for a small additional fee.
  • Please provide accurate delivery details and let us know promptly if plans change.

5. Security Deposit, Damages & Loss

Most baby and pet items do not require a deposit. For higher-value products (e.g., travel cots, premium strollers, or mobility aids offered as add-ons), a small refundable deposit may apply and will be shown before payment.

  • Deposits (and, if needed, additional charges) may be used for damage due to misuse/negligence, missing parts, or failure to follow instructions.
  • For total loss/theft/non-return, charges may extend up to the item’s full replacement value.
  • Return all accessories and components with the equipment and in the same condition received (normal wear is fine).

6. Condition at Delivery

  • Please inspect your items on delivery and report any issues immediately so we can resolve them on the spot.
  • Unreported delivery issues may be charged on return.

7. Use & Responsibility

  • Use all equipment as intended and follow safety guidance (e.g., install car seats correctly and comply with local regulations).
  • Late returns may incur additional daily charges.
  • By booking with Equiply, you agree to these terms.
