Yes, we provide free delivery and pickup right to your door — whether you’re at a hotel, Airbnb, or another location within downtown Madrid & Barcelona.
We try to make things as stress-free as possible for families. If your plans change — for example, if your flight is cancelled or you won’t make it to your accommodation — just send us a quick update and we’ll cancel free of charge. If our delivery team arrives and no one is there, and we haven’t been notified, a no-show fee equal to the first day’s rentalwill be applied. We know things happen, and we’ll always work with you if you keep us updated.
All our rentals have a 3-day minimum. This is our break-even point to be able to provide free delivery and pickup to your hotel or Airbnb in Madrid and Barcelona. If you return items before the end of the 3 days, the minimum charge will still apply. Most families book for at least a week, which gives peace of mind and flexibility during their stay.
